The Prayer Ministry exists to pray for the needs of our members, the staff, community and their families by encouraging them to bring their petitions to the Throne of God by using Jesus Christ's examples of prayer. To sign up please put your e-mail address and name in the boxes below. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. You then have two options: 1. Just reply to the e-mail (do not change the subject). 2. Click on the link in the e-mail. Then you will be directed to a web page and click on “subscribe”. To send a prayer request to everyone that has subscribed send an e-mail to prayer_list@gfumc.net or contact Dianne Smith, dianne.smith@gfumc.net or call 582-2001. Using Prayer_list
To post a message to all the list members, send email to prayer_list@gfumc.net. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Prayer_list
Subscribe to Prayer_list by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
